The ideal candidate has strong catering and hospitality management experience, demonstrates effective leadership, and coordinates complex events while maintaining exceptional service standards across campus functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in catering or hospitality.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple events and operational priorities.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee catering events from planning through execution.
• Coordinate logistics, equipment, transportation, deliveries, and staffing.
• Ensure successful conferences, campus events, and concessions.
• Serve as primary on-site contact to address operational concerns.
• Develop customized event solutions with stakeholders.
• Monitor food safety and sanitation compliance.
• Oversee staff training, supervision, and performance management.
