• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in catering/hospitality.

• Experience coordinating multiple events and operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering events from planning through execution.
• Coordinate event logistics, equipment, transportation, deliveries, and staffing.
• Ensure successful conferences, special events, concessions, and campus functions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during events for operational and guest concerns.
• Foster a service-focused team environment and lead staff development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on customized event solutions and budgeting.
