Our team is passionate about food and service, and we pride ourselves on our creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are looking for an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help us bring our clients' visions to life!

Job Description:We are seeking a positive, outgoing Events Coordinator with a passion for the arts and a flair for sales. This role is ideal for someone with a background in event production who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to create memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of events, from initial planning to execution.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop creative event concepts and proposals.
  • Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, scheduling, and on-site management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Conduct site visits and attend events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote our services and generate new business.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in catering or hospitality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing and positive demeanor.
  • A background in theatre, arts, or related fields is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
