The Account Manager, Affiliate Marketing position is a remote, work-from-home role, with some travel required for client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, and other events.

The Role

Acceleration Partners is accepting applications for Account Manager roles within our growing Affiliate Marketing team. As an Account Manager, you will own client relationships, manage affiliate marketing campaigns, and work with senior leaders to develop strategies that ensure client success. You will also lead recruitment, engage in networking, and mentor junior team members.

Top 5 Responsibilities
  1. Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Collaborate with Account Directors/Senior Account Managers to build strong client relationships, deliver high-quality outputs, and manage day-to-day campaign execution.
  2. Data Analytics & Strategic Recommendations: Analyze performance data, forecast trends, and present data-driven recommendations to align campaigns with client KPIs and business goals.
  3. Campaign & Partner Management: Manage relationships with key partners, attend industry events, and suggest new ideas for client growth.
  4. Operational Execution & Tactical Adjustments: Implement and optimize affiliate marketing strategies, monitor performance, and adjust tactics as needed.
  5. Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor Associate Account Managers, delegate tasks, and promote team development.
What Success Looks Like
By 6 Months
  • Support multiple client accounts, build relationships, and assist with strategy and questions.
  • Use data insights to optimize campaigns and present recommendations.
  • Meet client KPIs and achieve satisfaction scores of 8+.
By 1 Year
  • Take full accountability for client program success.
  • Coach team members and contribute to team growth.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction with NPS scores of 8+.

  • Curious, critical thinker, confident, flexible, resilient, relationship-focused, proactive, ethical.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
  • 3-5 years in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing.
  • Experience with affiliate networks (e.g., ShareASale, CJ, Impact).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
