AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Director of Catering at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH for a full-time role with an annual salary of $88k. The position leads the catering team, coordinates events, and ensures exceptional service and quality.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of management experience in catering field.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and decision-making ability.
• Ability to lead, supervise, train and coordinate the catering team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Proficient with catering billing systems; ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate catering activities with client representative.
• Schedule catering associates and distribute workloads.
• Prepare pre-event and clean-up checklists.
• Ordering, receiving and inventory of supplies.
• Communicate with GM, Chef and team to ensure high quality products and service.
• Monitor care and operation of delivery vehicles.
• Drive van/box truck to/from events as needed if driver unavailable.
• Follow-up on catered events.
• Monitor team member performance.
• Manage food, labor and supply costs for catering activities.
• Collaborate with events director, GM and client on menu concepts and specials.
• Maintain event records for planning future business.
