Job Summary

Position: Catering Director

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee internal and external catering events
• Develop and maintain catering marketing plans, including event planning, menu development, and client relations
• Hire, train, and schedule catering staff; develop in-service techniques, menu presentation, policies, and procedures
• Manage operations of catering functions, including labor and food cost control, transportation, setup, and cleanup

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
• At least 5 years of hospitality experience, including 2 years in management (preferably catering management)
• Experience in menu costing, pricing contracts, and resourcing staff and equipment
• Ability to supervise food preparation, service, and cleanup
