As the Director of Catering, you will execute all catering events and conferences at Manhattanville University. You will manage a team of waitstaff, captains, culinary professionals, and union hourly staff. Your responsibilities include managing catering client relations, holding regular meetings with the catering staff, and working closely with campus events and various departments. You will also support events at senior campus leadership residences and offsite locations as needed. Ensuring high-quality catering that meets current trends and sustainability goals is essential.
