Job Summary

Working as a Catering Director, you will be responsible for Catering and Events. You will manage a team of staff, build client relations, and ensure the catering offered to our guests is of outstanding quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and oversee internal and external catering events.
2. Develop and maintain the catering marketing plan, including event planning services, menu development, and client engagement.
3. Hire, train, and schedule catering staff; develop in-service techniques, menu presentation, policies, and procedures.
4. Ensure successful operations of catering functions, including labor and food cost control, transportation, setup, operation, and cleanup of events.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
2. Minimum of 5 years in the hospitality industry, including 2 years in management (preferably Catering Management).
3. Experience in menu costing, pricing contracts, and resourcing staff and equipment.
4. Ability to supervise food prep, service, and cleanup.
