Salary

$85,000-$95,000 / year

Job Summary

As a Catering Director, you will be responsible for Catering and Events at a corporate dining location. You will manage a team, build client relations, and ensure the catering quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and oversee catering events
2. Develop and maintain marketing and event planning services
3. Hire, train, and schedule catering staff; develop their skills
4. Manage catering operations including labor and food cost control, setup, and cleanup

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
2. At least 5 years in hospitality, with 2 in management (preferably catering management)
3. Experience in menu costing, pricing, and resourcing
4. Supervisory experience in food prep, service, and cleanup
