The Catering/Deli Clerk at Hugo's Family Marketplace is responsible for preparing and assembling catering orders with precision and care, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. This role involves assisting customers with their selections and maintaining food safety standards. Additionally, the Catering Clerk supports deli operations by slicing meats, stocking displays, handling orders, and providing friendly, efficient service to enhance the customer experience.
