Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand catering needs and expectations.
• Plan menus in conjunction with chefs and management.
• Coordinate and oversee delivery of food and beverages on campus.
• Manage catering execution and provide direction and feedback.
• Maintain health and safety regulations in all food service areas.
• Set up, break down, and clean up catering events.
• Handle client concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Manage budgeting and invoicing; ensure payments and contracts are in order.
