Qualifications

• 1-2 years catering or banquet administrative experience is preferred.
• College degree in hospitality or business administration is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to stay organized while handling multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Create Special Event Orders with attention to detail under guidance.
• Input order information into Caterese software accurately.
• Create event diagrams in AllSeated.
• Maintain timely client communications via calls and emails.
• Confirm appointments, planning sessions and tastings.
• Coordinate rental equipment and cost summaries as needed.
• Communicate logistics with Operations for events.
• Manage event deposits, payments, and accounts receivable.
• Occasionally perform On-Site event production duties when required.
• Provide professional service to meet or exceed client needs.
