Job summary

Disneyland Resort is seeking an Associate Catering and Convention Services Manager IA to support high-volume events across the resort and meeting spaces. You will collaborate with clients and internal departments to align tickets, guest accommodations, meetings, parking, and BEOs, ensuring top-notch service and seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hospitality/Event Management/FO&B and related hotel operations.
• Ability to work within a team environment and meet timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and planning skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings/holidays as needed.
• Ability to handle confidential information and PCI-related processes.
• Familiarity with group event logistics and BEOs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal departments to coordinate ticketing, guest accommodations, meetings, parking, and BEOs.
• Support Catering & Convention Service Managers and learn through on-the-job shadowing.
• Communicate as the primary link between clients and property departments during pre-planning and on-site.
• Understand group business impact on labor agreements and hotel partner relationships.
• Execute proper logistics for Disneyland Resort events, including payments, paperwork, and resumes.
• Upsell incremental revenue for assigned group files and ensure overall success of multiple groups.
• Support multiple teams within Resort/Park Sales and Services as needed.
