Jet Aviation in Teterboro, NJ is seeking a Ground Support Agent – Catering to provide exceptional 5-star service for catering and related items to aircraft at the FBO. You will coordinate orders from receipt through delivery, upholding food safety, presentation, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Hospitality or related field, or 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in aviation or hospitality preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to stay calm and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Able to obtain an airport ID badge within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist passengers and crew arriving at the FBO, delivering 5-star service.
• Coordinate catering orders from receipt to aircraft delivery with internal teams.
• Prepare and present catering orders clearly and accurately for delivery.
• Coordinate timely delivery and pickup of catering orders and service items.
• Wash, label, store, and organize dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Assist with snacks, plants, flowers, and specialty items per flight requirements.
• Maintain sanitary catering, storage, FBO, and work areas.
