Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Hospitality or related field, or 2–3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Aviation or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness and sensitivity in diverse environments.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to obtain an airport ID badge within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist passengers and crew at the FBO and on the ramp, coordinating requests with internal teams.
• Follow all procedures, policies, and safety requirements.
• Provide professional, attentive service throughout FBO, ramp, and street-side areas.
• Deliver concierge-style support during arrivals and departures.
• Maintain knowledge of Jet Aviation’s services and offerings.
• Stay informed about local hotels, dining, transportation, and events to support customer needs.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
