Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive culinary-management experience.
• Significant catering, events, banquet, or hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of menu development and cost control.
• Experience with high-volume catering and large events.
• Proficiency with MS Office and catering systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary aspects of catering, VIP events, and large-scale functions.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, flavor, and presentation from kitchen to site.
• Develop menus and experiences balancing creativity, labor, and logistics.
• Review event details and schedules for operational readiness.
• Manage food cost, purchasing, inventory, and waste following policies.
