Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Catering and BOH to lead culinary deliverables for newbuild projects and Revites, reporting to Senior Manager, Project Newbuild. This role requires 5-7 years of culinary management, shipboard or interworking experience preferred, strong budgeting and leadership skills, and frequent collaboration with shoreside and shipboard teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years in culinary management, preferably in high-volume hospitality or cruise contexts.
• Experience in new build or refit sectors leading Catering and F&B disciplines.
• Strong business acumen with budget planning and cost controls.
• Shipboard or interworking experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Exposure to international environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between F&B and Product Development for culinary deliverables on projects.
• Collaborate with Director of Culinary Operations during planning of new concepts.
• Lead and manage equipment, smallware, and galley standards for new builds and revites.
• Develop and manage resources to meet timelines and budgets.
• Maintain relationships with shoreside and shipboard teams on F&B equipment matters.
• Lead strategic equipment investments, lifecycle management and vendor contracts.
• Travel to equipment shows and supports fleet-wide rollout of equipment.
