Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Lead, Food and Beverage Procurement for the Supply Chain Team. This on-site role reports to the AVP, Global Hotel, F&B Procurement and requires expertise in procurement strategy, supplier negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration across shipboard and shoreside teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and 5+ years of procurement experience, with strong analytical and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or international equivalent.
• 5+ years of procurement experience or specialized technical experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to work with suppliers at shipboard and shoreside locations.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex price analysis using multiple variables to develop strategies.
• Develops procurement and negotiation strategies considering various factors.
• Negotiates price, availability, transportation and delivery schedules.
• Analyzes market data to support negotiations and plans.
• Communicates strategies and cost impacts to upper management.
• Attends industry trade shows and conferences.
• Follows corporate Procurement Policy and drives change.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
