Responsibilities

• Maintains garnishes, fruit, juices, and perishables for quality.
• Greets guests politely and takes drink orders.
• Prepares and presents drinks using standard recipes and portion control.
• Checks IDs and ensures responsible service.
• Receives cash, handles change, and records charges accurately.
• Keeps beverage area clean and organized.
