Job summary

Levy, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a bar service role where you will prepare and serve beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will engage guests, comply with liquor laws, manage stock and cash transactions, and keep a clean, organized bar area.

You will also ensure responsible service, check IDs, and maintain product quality while delivering friendly, timely guest experiences in a dynamic venue setting.

Qualifications

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area.
• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Maintains stock, prepares and stores garnishes, juices and perishables to ensure quality.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Takes and processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard recipes.
• Checks guests at the bar for proper identification.
• Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies charges and records transactions.
• Locks up and stores beverage products, deposits and cash; secures bank.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keeps work area clean.
