Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Catering Attendant Server to provide exceptional food and beverage service at arena events in Kennewick, WA. The role supports event-day guest experiences with a warm, professional demeanor and adherence to standard service protocols.

The position is part-time with a union environment under Unite Here Local 11, with compensation at $19.00 per hour. A high school diploma or GED is required, and applicants must be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum 21 years of age.
• Highschool Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining, organizing and cleaning all catering equipment.
• Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service.
• Ensures all signage is properly displayed for each event.
• Fulfill the service per each Event Orders (EO), as well as Catering Service Standards.
• Must adhere to the Company dress code which includes wearing black pants and non-slip soled closed toe shoes.
• Obtain assigned workstation at beginning of shift.
• Set up tables, top chairs and tables for catered events as assigned by the Catering Supervisor and Manager in a timely and efficient manner.
• Set all glassware silverware, dinnerware and additional set-up necessities in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all Catered areas have been left in a sanitary and organized manner.
• Serve all functions in a professional, courteous, efficient manner.
• Break down all Catering areas after event.
• Adheres to the utmost client confidentiality.
• Abides by all Company policies in the Human Resources Policies and Procedures, the Business Code of Conduct
• Other duties as assigned
