Delaware North’s Patina Group is seeking a part-time Catering Attendant for Patina 250 in Buffalo, NY. You will provide outstanding guest service while serving food and beverages in a banquet setting, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take food and beverage orders and fill those orders correctly.
• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of mixology for cocktails.
• Understanding of flavor pairings.
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness.
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and be responsive.
• Ability to enforce company policies regarding alcohol.
• Accountability in maintaining inventory.
