Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Sr. Manager, Category Strategy & Analysis to shape growth for Sexual Health, Testosterone and Hair.

You’ll partner with the GM and Category Directors to size opportunities, build prioritization frameworks, and translate analytics into defensible decisions that move the P&L. You will lead analytics and modeling, create dashboards in Looker and Amplitude, own performance reads, and drive experiments and strategic projects that align product, analytics, and clinical

Qualifications

6+ years of business experience, management consulting or strategy required.
Proven experience in strategic analytics and business prioritization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
Executive-ready narratives and materials showcasing data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Proactive and flexible mindset for independent problem solving.
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic thought partner to the GM and Category Directors on category levers like acquisition, retention, conversion, and new-treatment launches.
Own analytics backbone for growth initiative management with sizing and prioritization frameworks.
Create dashboards and run recurring performance reads across revenue, margin, retention, and ARPU.
Lead experiments and strategic projects across product, analytics, and clinical partners.
Analyze market trends and support launch playbooks for treatments and programs.
