Job summary

Hims, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Category Strategy & Analysis to be the analytical engine behind categories Sexual Health (ED/PE), Testosterone, and Hair.

You will shape roadmaps, size opportunities, and prioritize initiatives to drive P&L growth. This strategy seat partners with GM, finance, product, and clinical teams to deliver high-impact decisions. You will build models and dashboards (Looker/Amplitude), conduct market analyses, and lead experiments to optimize launches.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of business experience with strategy or consulting background.
• Proven analytics and prioritization ability with data-driven narratives.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to synthesize large data sets into executive-ready insights.
• Proactive, flexible mindset with independent problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Drive Category Strategy & Prioritization across Sexual Health, Testosterone and Hair categories.
• Lead analytics, modeling, forecasts and initiative sizing for growth roadmaps.
• Develop experiments and manage high-priority project execution with teams.
• Support launches with market analysis and launch playbooks.
