Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a Director of Category Management to own category P&L initiatives across acquisition, retention, and new-treatment launches. You’ll lead strategic priorities with growth and ops partners, aiming to scale multi-specialty care on a health platform.

Report to the GM and collaborate with Category Strategy & Analysis to drive sustained value. You will shape pricing, bundling, and go-to-market plans, manage a portfolio roadmap, and build launch playbooks that scale treatments while

Qualifications

7+ years in category management or related role
Proven track record owning high-stakes initiatives or a P&L
Experience launching and scaling new products
Portfolio and roadmap management experience
Sharp analytical and financial fluency
Cross-functional leadership across clinical, product, growth, and operations
Bias to action; MVP mindset
MBA or related background preferred

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end category initiatives across acquisition, retention, and launches.
Define unit economics: CAC, LTV, ARPU, S2S, and margin.
Lead cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and priorities.
Shape product roadmap with engineering for funnel improvements.
Launch and scale treatments with cross-disciplinary teams.
Own customer experience and pricing/merchandising strategies.
Build launch playbooks and merchant strategies.
Manage performance with revenue, retention, and KPIs.
