Job summary

Hims & Hers Health is seeking a Staff Analyst, Product & Marketing to serve as a strategic analytics partner across the full customer journey. You will work with product managers, growth leads, marketers, designers, engineers, and data scientists to optimize acquisition, conversion, retention, and growth.

You will lead experimentation design, build predictive models with Python or R, and develop scalable analytics outputs that complement dashboards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics or data science experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Experience with Python or R for modeling in collaboration with Data Science.
• Extensive experience with data engineering and production data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of experimental design and statistical inference.
• Experience with subscription-based metrics including churn and LTV.
• Hands-on marketing analytics including paid channels and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Marketing to influence roadmaps with data-driven insights.
• Own experimentation strategy across product and marketing workstreams.
• Develop predictive models for churn, LTV, and conversion propensity.
• Lead end-to-end conversion funnel analytics and optimize drop-off points.
• Work with data teams to define tracking requirements and ensure data quality.
• Design Looker/BI dashboards to empower self-service analytics.
• Segment users for personalized product experiences and marketing targeting.
