Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Staff Analyst, Product & Marketing to serve as a strategic analytics partner across Product and Marketing, driving impact from acquisition to retention. You will collaborate with product managers, growth leads, designers, engineers, and data scientists to optimize the customer journey.

You will lead experimentation, apply causal inference, build predictive models for churn and LTV, own funnel analytics, and develop Looker dashboards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests across product/marketing.
• Experience with Python or R and SQL.
• Experience with data engineering pipelines.
• Ability to explain analyses to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership to Product and Marketing teams.
• Own experimentation strategy across workstreams.
• Apply causal inference methods to identify drivers of metrics.
• Collaborate on predictive models (churn, LTV, conversion propensity).
• Own funnel analytics and drive improvements.
• Assess paid channels and translate into investment recommendations.
• Define tracking with Data Science and Data Engineering.
• Create Looker dashboards for self-service insights.
• Segment users for tailored experiences.
• Mentor junior analysts.
• Develop KPI frameworks and measurement plans.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to propose actions.
