Heritage Auctions, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Category Marketing Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between our auction category teams and the Marketing Department. This is a project coordination role—not a creative, content production, or social media position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing project management, operations, or coordination in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Calm, professional demeanor working across teams and personalities.
• Familiarity with production workflows, though not executing creative work.
• Proficient with project/work management software (Robohead, Monday.com).

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned auction categories, coordinating marketing needs across departments.
• Manage intake, organization, and scheduling of marketing deliverables following a consistent plan.
• Track deadlines, approvals, and deliverables across categories using PM tools.
• Run weekly check-in meetings with category stakeholders to communicate progress and resolve roadblocks.
• Enforce standardized timelines while staying flexible to changes in scope or timing.
• Partner with Creative, DCommerce, Video, and Social Media teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
