Applegreen seeks a Category Manager in New Jersey to lead category strategies across the retail portfolio and optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions. You will partner with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and vendors to deliver growth and compelling customer experiences across our service plazas.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail buying or category management, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of retail buying, category management, or merchandising experience.
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management experience.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to grow sales and margins.
• Manage product assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising plans.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and forecast performance.
• Lead vendor negotiations and manage supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Mentor junior team members and foster high performance.
