Infosys BPM is seeking a Category Manager for Maintenance & Services to drive end-to-end sourcing strategies across sites in the U.S. The role requires deep category knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering cost-out and value creation for a global services business.
You will lead RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs; negotiate MSAs and SLAs; and partner with Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations, EHS, Finance, and HR to balance cost, quality, safety, and service continuity.
The Maintenance & Services Sourcing Manager will drive strategic sourcing of the Maintenance & Services category. This individual will be instrumental in sourcing strategy ideation and delivery encompassing data analysis, market profiling, sourcing execution, supplier selection, negotiations, contracting and relationship management, along with managing Maintenance & Services projects from a Sourcing perspective. The candidate will require blend of Maintenance & Services sourcing and CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry experience. They must have deep sourcing process expertise and knowledge coupled with strong communications and ability to engage with business stakeholders throughout the sourcing process. Additionally, the ideal candidate will bring Consulting skill sets to operate most effectively in this position to help transform the Maintenance & Services sourcing program in a client environment.
