Job summary

Infosys BPM is seeking a Category Manager for Maintenance & Services to drive end-to-end sourcing strategies across sites in the U.S. The role requires deep category knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering cost-out and value creation for a global services business.

You will lead RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs; negotiate MSAs and SLAs; and partner with Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations, EHS, Finance, and HR to balance cost, quality, safety, and service continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for maintenance and services aligned with business and operational goals.
• Manage end-to-end category lifecycle, including spend analysis and TCO optimization.
• Identify opportunities for consolidation, standardization, and preferred supplier programs across sites.
• Lead large sourcing events (RFP, RFQ, RFI) for maintenance and technical service categories.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, SLAs, and MSAs.
• Support building sourcing pipelines for the category in the region and helping regional buyers drive sourcing projects.
