  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to work with various software programs (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerBI, AI tools).

Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement TE’s go-to-market strategy and business plan for specific products - develop “where to play” and “how to win” plans by combining deep market and customer insights with knowledge of TE’s product portfolio and go-to-market strengths.
  • Propose and implement go-to-market solutions focused on targeted customer applications and markets (Application Focused Growth, AFG) aligned with the goals of the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at various teams across BUs to identify improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
  • Leverage data and analysis to drive improvements and identify opportunities.
  • Engage with our distribution partners to drive incremental growth via portfolio expansion and inventory health

Job Requirements

The Channel Category Management team is responsible for driving an enterprise strategy focused on all facets of how we position TE Connectivity Products in the Electronics Distribution market globally. Working with our Product Management (PM) teams, the ideal candidate will contribute to the design, execution, and maintenance of a product category strategy and its implementation, in coordination with our business units. Additionally, this individual will partner with the Channel sales teams on finding and addressing key opportunities to drive share gains for TE Connectivity in distribution.

The candidate will bring a growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mind-set, excellent commercial acumen and strong analytic skills. The candidate will build on her/his enterprise experience to create value for the business and consistently grow market share while working across the business units & functions tied to the market. The role will appeal to those with aspirations for further personal and career growth as the company seeks to further enhance the overall bench-strength for succession for leadership positions across the company.

What your background should look like

Candidate Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $142,500 - 178,100 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
