The Hershey Company is seeking a Category Manager for the Walmart Advisor Team in Bentonville, AR. You will shape the future of the Walmart category by translating shopper insights into strategic directions and merchandising solutions.

Partner with Walmart and Hershey teams to drive growth. Bring strong analytics, data storytelling, and collaboration to a fast-paced environment with a focus on impactful category leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required and 5+ years in category management, CPG, or related field.
Strong analytical and storytelling skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau); space planning tools a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify marketplace trends and translate them into actionable category strategies.
Develop and execute merchandising and modular strategies to support growth.
Partner with Walmart and internal Hershey teams to bring category strategies to life.
Analyze retailer, syndicated, and shopper data to generate insights and recommendations.
Utilize tools such as Space Planning, Nielsen/Circana data, Tableau; lead category initiatives.
