Job summary

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 to 5 years of Category Leadership and/or CPG Sales experience.
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights into business recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of consumer and shopper behavior, market research methodologies, and industry trends.
• Knowledge of category management process and growth-driving applications.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Category and Sales Leadership to uncover insights shaping customer strategies.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Marketing, Shopper Insights, and Demand Planning to meet business objectives.
• Serve as consultative partner to customers and internal teams to drive category growth and profitability.
• Bring insights to life using category management tools and data sources.
• Influence development and implementation of category initiatives through analytics and leadership.
