Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years related work experience.
Develop, Design, and deliver engaging live and e-learning courses on BI topics.
Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and build targeted instructional materials.
Provide training to strengthen client management skills and position Acosta as a strategic advisor.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Analyze data and offer strategic recommendations across product, pricing, promotion, and placement.
Train associates in maximizing category reviews using data, tools, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging live virtual courses, e-learning modules, videos, and training materials on BI topics and software.
Identify training needs with subject matter experts and develop courses to meet objectives.
Analyze complex data and provide guidance addressing the 4-Ps (product, pricing, promotion, placement).
Understand the category review process through the 3-call process with cross-functional teams.
Build compelling sales presentations using syndicated, shopper, and other data sources.
Provide KPI-driven reports and validate progress.
Create case studies and success stories from analysis results.
