Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7+ years in category management, strategic sourcing, or healthcare operations.
• Strong negotiation and contracting experience with complex supplier agreements.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive category strategies for assigned portfolios that align with client priorities and organizational objectives.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including opportunity assessment, RFI/RFP execution, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contract development, and implementation.
• Present category strategies and outcomes to executive-level audiences.
• Provide mentoring and subject matter expertise to team members and stakeholders.
