Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking an experienced procurement professional to provide strategic sourcing and contract management support across North America from our Irving, TX office. You will develop, negotiate, and manage supplier agreements, drive improvements in procurement, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet operational needs for price, quality, service, and availability.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in procurement, with SAP/Ariba

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, financial, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement and contract management in manufacturing, production, or construction.
• Professional accreditation in Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement, contract management, and sourcing best practices.
• Skilled in negotiation, relationship building, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in SAP (ECC 6.0 MM), Ariba, and Microsoft Office.

What You’ll Be Doing

What Are We Looking For

Work Environment

This role is based in our Irving, TX office and may require occasional travel. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams across North America.
