Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking an insights professional in the Dallas area to turn market and shopper data into actionable recommendations that grow our Retail business. You will collaborate with Sales, Category Management, Marketing, and Innovation to shape selling stories and support decisions.

You will own reporting tools, work with data partners, and handle ad-hoc analyses with speed and business judgment in a fast-paced environment. Travel 10-15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in category management or insights, ideally in CPG.
• Experience with syndicated data sources (Circana, Kantar, NielsenIQ) and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead category insights and translate trends into growth opportunities.
• Deliver insight-led recommendations for key retail customers.
• Analyze performance to identify drivers, risks, and growth.
• Build selling stories to influence customers and unlock growth.
• Turn data into action using syndicated and internal data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve decision-making.
• Own reporting tools: dashboards, scorecards, trackers, and reports.
• Manage data partnerships and ensure data integrity.
• Respond to ad-hoc analyses with speed and business judgment.
