Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. seeks a Category Management professional to expand category influence, grow sales, and deliver KPI-driven insights for ADUSA. You will partner with retailers, develop grocery channel strategies, and lead data-driven selling stories across key markets.

Required are 5+ years in category management, strong data analytics, and proficient use of Excel/PowerPoint, with travel ~25%. This role supports multiple national and regional accounts in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years Category Management and analytical experience.
• 5+ years experience mining data systems (Circana/IRI, Nielsen Suite, IQ, Numerator, Retail Link, Kantar, Syndigo Circana FSP).
• Experience using retailer shopper card portals (i.e. EYC, 84.51, Symphony AI).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver timely results.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking in fast-paced environments.
• Planogram building and writing with Blue Yonder JDA Space Planning Suite.

Responsibilities

• Influence category management strategy with ADUSA and support KPI growth.
• Develop best-in-class Grocery channel strategy and selling stories.
• Synthesize data sources to craft actionable selling stories for retailers.
• Lead category reviews and present insights to buyers/managers.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers to create seasonal/initiative selling presentations.
