Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking an Insights & Analytics Manager in Pittsburgh to support Foods Division reporting, tools, and analytic capabilities.

You will work with syndicated and retailer data, creating quick-access insights for distribution growth and category understanding across customers. You will train commercial teams on reports and platforms, partner with Circana, Dunnhumby, and other data providers, and translate complex data into actionable HQ storytelling for leadership and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry or relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Retailer POS, Syndicated & Panel data, Excel, Nielsen.
• Experience with shopper card data systems (Dunnhumby, Stratum, Circana Gateway).
• Strong analytical, interpretive, problem-solving and storytelling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in Space Planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation and timely delivery of reporting to support business performance.
• Create and deliver tools for sales and marketing to provide insights.
• Oversee templates and reports from syndicated data providers for quick access.
• Ensure excellent customer service and training for commercial users.
• Lead training and support for users; translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to enable data lake and visualization access.
• Develop HQ stories using multiple data sources for business units.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to influence decision-making.
