Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking an Insights & Analytics Manager to support the Foods Division with reporting, data tools, and insights. You will build and maintain capabilities to analyze POS, shopper data, and syndicated sources to drive distribution and category understanding across customers.

You will train commercial teams, collaborate with Circana, Dunnhumby, and IT on data lakes, and translate data into HQ stories for business growth across multiple units.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry or relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Retail POS, Syndicated/Panel data, Excel, Nielsen/Circana.
• Experience using shopper data systems (Dunnhumby, Stratum, Circana Gateway).
• Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills.
• Emerging data visualization and storytelling capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creation, maintenance and delivery of reporting for business performance (Syndicated/BW data).
• Develop tools to support sales and marketing with insights delivery.
• Lead templates/reports from syndicated data to enable quick data access.
• Provide training and support to users; ensure strong customer service.
