Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Data & Insights professional to turn market, shopper, and category data into actionable recommendations that drive Retail growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Category Management, Marketing, and Innovation to identify opportunities, shape selling stories, and support decision-making. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Insights, you will own reporting tools, analyze performance across categories, and partner with data partners to ensure accurate dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in category management, shopper or consumer insights, or analytics.
• Experience with syndicated/retail data sources (Circana, Kantar, NielsenIQ or similar).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or visualization tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead category insights for Everyday Cheese and Specialty Cheese categories.
• Deliver insight-led recommendations for key retail customers.
• Analyze performance across category, segment, brand, and SKU.
• Build selling stories to influence customers and drive growth.
• Turn data into action by combining syndicated data and internal data.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Sales, Marketing, and Innovation.
• Own dashboards, scorecards, trackers, and recurring reports.
• Manage data partnerships for reporting quality and improvement.
• Respond with agility to ad-hoc analyses in a fast-paced environment.
