Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Tampa, FL is seeking a Category Insights and Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts and drive data-driven strategies for 40-120 clients across assigned regions. You will leverage data sets and retailer insights to support GTM plans and client objectives.

The role requires deep analytics, advanced tooling, and strong communication to influence stakeholders. You will coach staff, collaborate with sales, and guide DSMP execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field required.
• 3–5+ years in category management or shopper analytics; 1–2+ years of people management.
• Strong data interpretation and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with syndicated data tools (NIQ, Circana) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive insights to action through deep analytics of the category, macro-trends, competitive landscape, pricing, promotion, assortment, space management, and shopper trends.
• Collaborate with customers and clients to understand their strategies and objectives to create mutually beneficial solutions.
• Develop impactful customer-specific selling stories to support key category initiatives and DSMP opportunities.
• Prioritize and manage project schedules, coordinate activities, and resolve problems.
• Provide coaching, training, and direction to associates to achieve professional objectives.
