Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Category Insights and Analytics Manager in the Tampa/Orlando area to lead a Category Insights team serving 40-120 clients. You will coach analysts, develop data-driven selling stories, and partner with sales to execute DSMP objectives.

The role requires deep client/consumer knowledge, experience with advanced analytics tools, and the ability to combine insights for growth. Strong presentation and stakeholder influence are essential.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field required
Experience: 3-5+ years in category management, shopper insights, strategy, or analytics; 1-2+ years of people management experience
Travel and/or Driving Requirements: Travel not essential duties or functions of this job

Responsibilities

Drive insights to action through deep analytics of category, trends, pricing, promotion, assortment, and shopper trends
Collaborate with customers/clients to understand strategies and objectives for mutually beneficial solutions
Develop impactful, customer-specific selling stories to support category initiatives and DSMP execution
Prioritize and manage project schedule; coordinate activities; resolve problems
Coach, train, and direct associates to achieve professional objectives
