Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Category Analyst to deliver comprehensive sales analysis and actionable insights to Sales Managers and Vendor Partners. You will compile weekly summaries, analyze data, and support internal departments with forms and reports.

You will work with Syndicated Data (Nielsen, Circana) to drive retailer decisions and help vendors become records with retailers. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of related experience in analytics or equivalent.
• Associate's degree or higher required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with syndicated data sources (Nielsen, Circana) is a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; able to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly sales summaries based on syndicated data sources.
• Analyze data and translate insights to drive retailer sales.
• Publish ad hoc reports as needed/requested.
• Guide vendors through retailer onboarding processes.
• Prepare presentations for buyer meetings and line reviews.
