Danone North America is seeking a Category Advisor to serve as a subject matter expert in planogram management, data analysis and category leadership for retail partners. This role collaborates with the Category Advisor Team to implement modular solutions that optimize category performance using data-driven insights.
Responsibilities include developing planograms, analyzing market and shopper data, and producing reports to guide space decisions.
Vision of the role:Serve as a member of the Category Advisor Team, being an unbiased analytic and category leadership expert using the category management process as a decision platform for all initiatives designed to optimize category performance at the customer. This role will be the subject matter expert of the planogram process, data, and technology associated with the category.
Work closely with the Category Advisor Team to execute modular implementation in an efficient and effective manner. This position requires both data and business savvy, as well as effective communication and problem-solving skills to provide consultative category management to the customer.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 – $85,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.
