Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Category Advisor to lead planogram development and data-driven category management for key customers. You will act as the subject matter expert on planograms, data, and related technology.

You will analyze multiple categories, build insights from market and shopper data, and partner with the Category Advisor Team to implement solutions. A 4-year degree and 1–3 years experience, plus advanced Excel, are expected.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree in Business or related field (Finance, etc.).
• 1-3 years previous work experience.
• Knowledge of syndicated data and space management preferred.
• Expert in Excel to migrate multiple data sources into reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Planogram development/management with display strategy and standards.
• Analyze multiple categories, allocate fixture space by performance and potential.
• Review planograms with customer and justify space decisions.
• Ensure data integrity of planograms and libraries.
• Develop reporting tools and automated reports for decision making.
• Collect market and shopper insights to drive category growth.
