Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Category Manager in Bentonville to maintain Walmart US planograms and drive growth opportunities through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with the Senior Category Manager to curate the strongest assortment and ensure successful resets across fixtures and campaigns. • Must be located in Greater Bentonville area with the ability to travel to the Walmart LOC regularly.
• 2-5 years JDA Pro Space experience with proficiency.
• Cosmetics / White wall experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office Excel proficiency.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Daily work in JDA Space Planning Software.

Position Summary:

The Category Manager is responsible for building, updating, and continuous maintenance of all Walmart US planograms. This role will report to the Senior Category Manager who will work in partnership to curate the most inclusive & productive assortment for the retailer. This role requires

Responsibilities:

• Daily work in JDA Space Planning Software
• Development and upkeep of weekly reports and tracking
• Identifying e.l.f. growth opportunities through data and analytics
• Ad hoc reporting and analytics that drive actionable insights
• Ability to use data-driven insights to make recommendations for planogram resets and present recommendations to retail partners
• Work collaboratively with customer space plannings team to execute resets
• Brief inline & off-shelf programs into Wrike & follow up on progress
• Work closely with Visual Merchandising team on fixture needs and customer reset execution
• Maintain the Canadian Product Libraries by season for all e.l.f. beauty brands

Requirements:

The base salary range for this role is listed above.

Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
