Global Partners LP is seeking an Associate Category Manager to own the P&L and end-to-end category strategy for assigned categories in the convenience store business. You will set priorities and convert insights into plans to drive sales and gross margin.

Formación

• Proficiency with Excel, PowerBI and Tableau tools.
• Ability to analyze P&L and category performance.
• Experience translating market insights into plans.

Responsabilidades

• Own the category P&L and business results for assigned portfolio; track sales, gross margin, units, and market share.
• Develop and refresh annual and longer-term category strategies with priorities on assortment, pricing, promotions, and space.
• Translate category strategy into quarterly and in-season plans with action checkpoints.
• Monitor competitive activity and market data to inform category recommendations.
• Own assortment and item productivity; evaluate and optimize items and launches.
• Lead category pricing and promotional strategy, including vendor funding and post-event evaluation.
• Lead vendor relationships and business reviews with clear expectations and follow-ups.
• Drive in-store execution with Store Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and pricing teams.
• Negotiate with vendors for lower delivered costs and incentives.
• Collaborate with field operations on execution, training and marketing.
