Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in category management, merchandising, or retail management.
• Proven experience in sales forecasting and inventory management within a retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute category strategies that align with company sales and profitability goals.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize product assortment.
• Collaborate with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and efficient inventory management.
• Lead sales forecasting efforts to accurately predict demand and adjust plans accordingly.
• Work with marketing and sales to plan and implement promotional activities that drive category performance.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on category performance and strategic initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support category objectives.
